The LoLE Training brings together school leaders who actively drive change within their schools and advance Education for Sustainable Development through a Whole School Approach and in the context of Learner Empowerment. As part of the programme, participants work on change projects that address different fields and respond to the specific needs, structures, and aspirations of their schools.
In the following profiles, participants from the LoLE cohorts introduce themselves and share insights into their schools, their motivations, and the projects they are developing through the LoLE Training. Together, these examples illustrate the diverse pathways of sustainable school development and highlight the crucial role of school leaders as change agents in fostering whole-school transformation.
