The Food Waste Lab
Household food waste is a relevant area to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate climate change. What role can educational interventions with secondary school students play in efforts to reduce food waste? This paper presents findings of the evaluation study on the Food Lab Home educational intervention.
