Sina Mosen
I am a PhD student at the Sustainability Education and Transdisciplinary Research Institute (SETRI) at Leuphana University Lüneburg. I am also working part-time at the University of Bonn, coordinating the project 'Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in Higher Education Teaching'.
In my research, I focus on higher education teachers and their ability and willingness to implement ESD in their teaching. I am interested in potential leverage points for better integration of ESD into higher education teaching. My research particularly focuses on higher education teachers' self-efficacy. I want to investigate ways to empower this important group of individuals and deep dive into strategies to inspire action.
Before joining SERG, I completed my masters' degrees at the University of Oxford and the University of Bonn and started working as an advisor to the vice rector of sustainability at the University of Bonn.
