Max Kretschmer
I am Max-Friedemann Kretschmer, a PhD student at SERG. Trained as an ecological economist and in systemic organizational development, I now work at the interface of both worlds, sustainability science and organizational development. In my research and teaching, I focus on well-being in academic working environments and broadly on the question of how we as academics can create settings in which we can satisfy our needs. Before joining SERG, I worked with all sorts of organizations outside academia on collaboration and organizational change.
