Max-Friedemann Kretschmer

Max-Friedemann Kretschmer is an external PhD candidate in the Sustainability Education Research Group (SERG). Trained as an ecological economist and in systemic organisational development, he works at the interface of sustainability science and organisational development.

His research deals with well-being in academic working environments and with the question of how academics can create settings in which their needs can be met.

Before joining SERG, he worked with organisations outside academia on collaboration and organisational change.
