Leonie Bellina

Leonie Bellina works as a trainer and coach for Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in professional development for university teachers and in systemic organisational development for higher education institutions.

She was previously a research associate in the BMBF-funded project HochN, which developed innovative methods for integrating ESD into teaching and universities, and worked in teaching and programme development for international ESD (Leuphana University Lüneburg/Arizona State University).

She is an associate researcher at the International Centre for Ethics in the Sciences and Humanities at the University of Tübingen, where she researches and teaches in political ecology with a focus on environmental justice, critical sustainability research and social-ecological transformation, and emancipatory Education for Sustainable Development.
