Laura Picht-Wiggering

As a PostDoc, I am coordinating the transformation module in the Leuphana Semester.

In my research and teaching, I focus on the contemporary design of university education and the question of what demands arise from the ever-changing challenges facing society. In addition to issues related to curriculum development, I am interested in teaching and learning processes and, consequently, in the needs of students and faculty.

Before joining SERG, as a classical archaeologist, my focus was on historical societies. However, through my work at the museum and in training students to handle archaeological finds, I had already been dealing with issues related to communicating knowledge to different audiences in this field as well.
