Laura Picht-Wiggering

Laura Picht-Wiggering is a postdoctoral researcher who coordinates the Transformation module in the Leuphana Semester.

Her research and teaching deal with the contemporary design of university education and with the demands that changing societal challenges place on it. Besides curriculum development, she is interested in teaching and learning processes and in the needs of students and teaching staff.

Before joining the group, she worked as a classical archaeologist on historical societies. Through her work at a museum and in training students to handle archaeological finds, she was already concerned with communicating knowledge to different audiences.
